    Cruise from Port Douglas to snorkel and dive three sites amongst amazing marine life and coral reefs on Australia's outer Great Barrier Reef. Calypso Reef Cruises offers family cruises, reef tours and eco trips to the Great Barrier Reef for snorkelling and scuba diving.

    Calypso's friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff provide you with reef information throughout your day, so that you can appreciate the whole ecology of the Australia's Great Barrier Reef, the world's largest collection of coral reefs.

    Calypso Reef Cruises include the following features:

  • Fast, stable and comfortable boats all have large deck areas and spacious saloons - plenty of room to stretch out and relax on your cruise to the reef.
  • Wide stern decks and submersible platforms provide easy access for getting in and out of the water.
  • All seating, inside and out, is upholstered for your comfort.
  • The maximum number is 65 passengers.
  • Activities available include snorkelling, introductory SCUBA diving and certified diving or just relaxing onboard.

    The Great Barrier Reef is a truly awesome spectacle and if you would like a sense of personal contact for your outer reef eco tour experience, Calypso's crew provide it. The Calypso crew are available to assist any nervous snorkellers and non-swimmers to ensure that they are happy and comfortable in the water.

    Divers can enjoy up to three dives per day at three different sites on the outer Great Barrier Reef. All diving is guided by qualified SCUBA Dive Masters and Dive Instructors. Dive in small groups with a maximum 8 divers for Certified Diving and 4 divers for Introductory Diving.
